Coming up with the names of secondary characters is harder, so I've left the time at 12 minutes on this version. I'll do Best Actress and Best Supporting Actress versions next week.

Good quiz yet again Hejman. Obviously a lot harder than the last one it's not very easy to remember the names of the supporting charachters.

remove the last column bc if you type in the movie with asterisks around it then you get the answer

@drr2893- Its always possible to cheat on a quiz, whether it be through Google or otherwise. But here, it's not possible to display the entire answer without making the quiz visually unplayable. The last column is central to the quiz though, and can't be removed.

How is it that the majority of ppl score 100% on these type of quizzes? Are we expected to believe they're all extremely knowledgeable movie buffs or is it simply through cheating?
May 29th, 2011 at 02:45 GMT
Ok, implementing a work-around for the cheat using using a symbol instead of a qwerty keyboard key. A big thank you to LTH for suggesting it.

I kept typing exactly right for Christian Bale, and nothing happened, so this quiz sucks.

@smokemonster- I tried it three times. Once it worked, twice it didn't. The answer it set up correctly but there seems to be a technical glitch. I'll email the Spocle admins and see what's up. Also, 'and so this quiz sucks' (especially when the error isn't mine) is bad form.

the movie for washington is coming up as goodfellas instead of glory
May 29th, 2011 at 17:58 GMT
Just tried it myself and it came up Glory in 4 columns and nothing in the other one. Data is entered correctly. Definitely a bug at work here.

Another great one; much more difficult than the Best Actor version. One nit to pick: De Niro's last name is two words.
