If anyone knows the specific name of the pony or the zhu zhu, I'd be happy to add them as alternates. Similarly, if these products were sold under other names overseas, please let me know.

Nice quiz, but should accept "Etch a Sketch" -- I think it's a problem with accepting "a" by itself.

@ambition- Seems to be working now. Just to be safe, I'm going to enter it a few different ways in the answer space. Thanks for letting me know that it was wonky.

Is it a stretch to accept "viewfinder" for viewmaster? I can never remember the real name.

Please accept teletubbies. I got it wrong because I didn't put the singular form.

I spelled rubix and rubicks and moved on figuring it was some other toy I didn't know, lol.

I think that teletubby is 'Po'. Don't quote me on that though. Also the TMNTs were known as Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles in Europe because ninjas sounded too violent for children, or some such nonsense. To be honest the only reason I even tried hero was to check if it was accepted. I've always called them ninjas myself despite growing up with the messed up theme tune.

@bazmerelda- Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles is added. Did they abbreviate it TMHT the way they abbreviated it TMNT in the US? @druhutch- I've now made close-up quizzes with images of Ken's midsection and of Han Solo's. Of course, I also included a Pony butt on this one...

Does a naked G.I.Joe look the same as Ken? Maybe Barbie knows. Good quiz.

A little embarrassed that I remembered the Teletubby was Po a solid thirty seconds before recalling the word "Teletubby". You might want to add that as an alternative, although it means that people who omit Mr. Potato Head's prefix will solve it prematurely.

@ostroffj- You hit the nail on the head there. I originally had 'Po' as an alternate answer but took it out because it triggered the Potato Head image.

Would there be any way to change the tubby to the yellow/purple/green one? I spent a while trying to guess how you properly spell 'Po' (after failing to spell teletubby).

'Zhu Zhu' should be an alternative for 'Zhu Zhu Pet'.

I still think you need to accept Po - seems a bit unfair! Or change the picture to be before Mr Potato Head or change the teletubby used - I was trying to spell it Tellytubby! Fail. Also could you accept 'disc' for Frisbee? It is the technical term after all :P

Telletubby is spelled wrong. . .it's teletubbie.

@soccerswiers- The show was called "Teletubbies" (and that answer is accepted by the quiz) but the singular form is "Teletubby" and since there's only one in the picture, that answer is displayed. There is no spelling error.

"Ninja Turtle" should be accepted as that's always been an acceptable abbreviation in spoken word. "Which was your favorite ninja turtle growing up?" is a far more common phrase than "Which was your favorite teenage mutant ninja turtle/tmnt growing up?"

Did anyone else ever use the See'n'Say to pretend you were a hip-hop DJ scratching records? "The. The cow. The. The. The cow. The. The cow. The. The. The cow. The cow. says. MOO!"

@America- Thanks for that suggestion and my apologies for not thinking of that before. "Ninja Turtle" is now added along with the "Hero Turtle" varieties for our European friends.

'Sony Playstation' and 'PSX' are added. The Speak and Spell (also sold under the name Speak and Say) is a completely different toy: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speak_%26_Spell_%28toy%29

I had/have no idea what a Zhu Zhu pet is. I know what a Viewmaster is but I could not remember the name - the closest I got was "Viewfinder."
