Great quiz, I had a lot of fun. One issue: the movie is called "The Sword *in* the Stone".

Great quiz - see you sneakily changed the image for Jungle book from your other quiz !!

Thanks dolebanana and Forbsey. I've fixed the Stone answer. I wanted to include Jungle Book in this one since it's one of my favorites, but I didn't want to just repeat the image from the last one. Also, for those who are curious or who are mourning the absence of something, these are all films from the official 'Disney canon' of animation, thus no 'Mary Poppins' or Pixar. I wanted them all to be animated and wanted to stay away from direct-to-video releases. Pixar gets confusing because the later films are Disney and the earlier ones aren't. As such, I thought it best for consistency to stay within the canon.

Also, this is sort of an animation tangent from the original quiz. I'm still intending to eventually make a sequel with a broader range of films (if there's still a desire for one).

Oh and a nitpick: it's Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, not Dwarves.

You have "The Hunback of Notre Dame" but it still accepted "Hunchback of Notre Dame" and I'm currently perplexed to no end.

Huh, I was going to write that the Emperor's New Groove is not a Disney movie, but then I checked and it is. You learn something new every day. Although I guess that oversized VHS box in my parents' basement should have given it away.

Dwarfs and Hunchbacks are now in their rightful states. Perhaps a 'hunback' is someone who is carrying a Hun around on their back?

Great to see Kronk on here! Did you consider making this a forced answer quiz? For the most part, people can just start rattling off Disney movies without looking at the images.

Thanks, LTH. That also eliminates the scrolling problem by having the selected image pop up at the type right next to where you're typing.

Make that pop up at the "top" right next to where you're typing.

Where's The Little Mermaid? I always thought that was a classic Disney movie, more so than The Emperor's New Groove at least.

The same could be said for a number of Disney movies, sleepymarta. I wanted to have a good mix of the classics, the modern classics and some of the slightly more obscure.

If you want the images to be larger- you can do that! On Firefox and Internet Explorer there is a drop-down menu on the top left that says "View". IE lets you zoom by percentage, Firefox lets you do it by hitting control+. I seem to recall that Chrome has a similar menu on the top right. I've only used Safari a few times but I would be surprised if it doesn't have the same feature. Using Firefox and IE this morning I was able to zoom the images so large that they took up the entire screen. So, if you'd like the images to be larger, by all means go ahead and make them larger!

gret quiz, i nominated it. i'm sorry, but i just had to correct your previous comment. i just read the book, the pixar touch and the earliest pixar movies are disney pixar, the ones in the middle are just pixar, and the latest ones are disney pixar yet again.
Hejman

Thanks for the clarification, silencewall. My point was that there are Pixar movies that are not Disney productions as Pixar was purchased by Disney in 2006. You're absolutely right though that they had distribution and production agreements before that and a gap in between before Disney bought Pixar outright.

I thought this was going to be a quiz where you could just guess random Disney movies, but then I realized you had to guess in order, which made it much more fun. Good quiz.

I guess I'm not surprised that Fantasia is the least guessed, but I am a little disappointed. (I admit that I've watched the end far less than the rest of it, because as a kid I thought Ave Maria was boring.)

Fantasia is the most underrated Disney movie. I still have that VHS tape and yes it still gets watched often because nobody can play the Toccata and Fugue in D Minor like that orchestra and nobody could animate like old-school Disney. And Robin Hood - probably the 2nd most underrated.

@flixuk, he did voice the Genie, so it's not improbable that it's supposed to. I really should watch Fantasia. Everybody says it's a masterpiece.
