It's a trap!!!!!

"Is that how far apart my eyes are? I look like Admiral Ackbar!" - Liz Lemon, 30 Rock. I don't think I'd ever seen him from the front before...creepy.

You need to accept Mr Moneybags for mr Monopoly - hes called that in loads of versions
May 8th, 2010 at 19:44 GMT
Actually, Spinksy, it's Mr. Pennybags or Uncle Pennybags, which are already acceptable answers. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rich_Uncle_Pennybags
May 8th, 2010 at 19:52 GMT
i looked it up on wikipedia too, but i had always heard him referred to as mr moneybags. weird.
May 8th, 2010 at 20:35 GMT
Well if two people have heard it then it must be true! (Wait, Wikipedia might be wrong about something?! Shocking.) Honestly, I actually typed the answer in as Moneybags when I was making the quiz and then changed it when I read the wikipedia entry. I'll go ahead and add Moneybags as well.

Love how Elphaba is accepted for the Wicked Witch of the West :)
May 9th, 2010 at 00:01 GMT
@30sarah- I had a movie quiz published in which I didn't accept 'Elphaba' because that's not the character's name in the movie (that name arising only in the book and musical 'Wicked'). But since the bobblehead is not movie specific I thought it was best to accept her most recent incarnation too.

Very sad that Quick Draw McGraw is the least guessed.
May 9th, 2010 at 03:19 GMT
Agreed, LTH. Baba Looey would be so disappointed.

I want an Admiral Ackbar bobblehead
May 9th, 2010 at 05:58 GMT
Head over to ebay kbowe, I bet you'll find one for sale.

Nice game, but it's sad that Ronald McDonald is the #1 most recognized and the Burger King is #4.
May 10th, 2010 at 03:12 GMT
@kevinpalooza- the fact that Howdy Doody is under a third says something about the demographic playing. I think it's most interesting that there's such a big gap between Chewbacca and Admiral Ackbar.
May 10th, 2010 at 05:17 GMT
Am I the only one who thinks Howdy Doody looks like Alfred E. Neuman from Mad Magazine?
Jun 4th, 2010 at 05:01 GMT
I have only one thing to say about this quiz: IT'S A TRAP!!!

IT'S A TRAP!

These are all from one day's search of "bobblehead" on Ebay. There were about 400 pages of results. I went through them all, laughing all the way. This is also the only quiz that I've contributed in which my 6 year-old got a substantial number of the answers right (ten of them, if I recall correctly). Hope you all manage to do at least that well!
Jun 7th, 2010 at 04:20 GMT
@jam_fan10- The quiz accepts 'moneybags' and 'Mr. Moneybags'.
Jun 7th, 2010 at 04:24 GMT
Couldn't stop thinking Cobra Commander was Boba Fett.
Jun 7th, 2010 at 04:25 GMT
: I've always referred to him as Rich Uncle Pennybags, which the quiz does accept. Good variety,

I love that 'Elphaba' is an acceptable answer for Wicked Witch of the West! :)

@ hejman: fun fact: elphaba comes from the phonetic pronunciation of LFB initials of L. Frank Baum. Anyways; i would've typed wicked witch of the west if you hadn't done that so thanks :)
Jun 7th, 2010 at 04:42 GMT
Nice job, but it should accept "Mister Magoo" and "Mister Garrison." On the other hand, it should
accept my strange answer of "Wicke
Witch of the West."

Our cruisers can't repel firepower of that magnitude!
Jun 7th, 2010 at 04:52 GMT
accept El Kabong for quick draw, and just for fun 'It's a trap!' for ackbar
Jun 7th, 2010 at 04:53 GMT
Seeing Quick Draw McGraw makes me nostalgic for cartoons of my childhood.

I'm pretty sure it is spelled Betelgeuse

I'd like to thank Sporcle and Hejman profusely for making a quiz with an actual pumpkin bomb in it.

And also Rathmaskal, that's the star, not the character.

Jun 7th, 2010 at 06:03 GMT
need to accept sheldon williams for number 19.
Jun 7th, 2010 at 06:44 GMT
I like the inclusion of Cobra Commander. You don't see much of him these days after he started working in fast food...
Jun 7th, 2010 at 06:47 GMT
Never before realised how much Admiral Ackbar looks like Mr. Hankey.
