Uusimaa is the province of Finland containing Helsinki... Is it too obscure to include for the sake of getting a uu? I could certainly imagine it appearing on a geography quiz. And there's a Hawaiian finch called the Iiwi (or ʻIʻiwi if you're being careful)...
