| I had a few limitations in selecting events. First, I wanted to avoid events that were regional. Second, I wanted to include sporting events only if they were international in nature. Third, I had to be able to fit the event into one of the two categories (people or countries). This is because there are a lot of events that happen in the US or UK that I could have included but ultimately, it's difficult to present them in a sound clip without totally giving away what they are. By separating them into 10 people and 10 countries, I can present sound clips that have definitive answers. Because, really, if I made you name the event itself, then you'd have to learn to spell Eyjafjallajökull. |
