Not to mention McReynolds...one of the worst justices ever who refused to have anything to do with Brandeis because he was Jewish

Wow, you weren't kidding, Meltingbridge. I just spent the last five minutes with my mouth wide open reading on Wikipedia about what a jerk McReynolds was not just to Jews, but to blacks, women, and people in general. And Woodrow Wilson appointed this guy?!

@dan144556 - Apparently, Wilson appointed him so that he wouldn't have to work with him anymore! Clearly wasn't thinking about McReynolds' long-term impact on the bench.
