	One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest is only a prison film because JP was a prisoner. I think it's stretching things a bit to say it's a prison film.

	McMurphy was ordered into the ward by the courts, declared criminally insane. I'd say that makes him a pretty legit "inmate character". Sad to not see James Cole/12 Monkeys on here.

	@Tess: exactly. Just because one character is ordered into an asylum does not make that asylum a prison or the movie that takes place therein a prison film. Calling Major League a "prison film" is absolutely hilarious, also.

	Interesting discussion about what qualifies as a "prison film". All of these movies came off of various lists of the 'best prison films' including this one from the Guardian of London: http://www.guardian.co.uk/culture/2010/may/30/ten-best-prison-films, this one from Reel Reviews: http://www.franksreelreviews.com/shorttakes/reelrant/rantprison.htm, this one from Fox: http://www.foxnews.com/slideshow/entertainment/2010/07/20/best-prison-movies/#slide=1 and the full list of 200 from PrisonMovies.net: http://www.prisonmovies.net/prison-movies. However, to avoid confusion, the words "prison movie" have now been completely removed from the quiz and the quiz now asks only for movies by the names of their inmate characters.
