If you are going to do this where multiple countries could work for each question, you should give more time, since the only way to succeed is by going through every question and then going through again and answering. Or at least explain that...

The only correct answer to the question about bordering another continent is Egypt. Simply because Country A has a territorial possession (B) in another continent doesn't mean that the countries adjacent to B border the continent of country A. Think of it this way: does Brazil border the contient of Europe (because the former borders French Guiana)? Answer NO. You should rephrase the question to something like: which country borders a country from another continent?

Completely agree with Probus. Also, your question about a peninsula is weird, as almost all countries with a coastline will at some point have a peninsula. For instance, the Nabeul governorate in Tunisia and the area north of Melilla in Morocco are clearly peninsulae. The area of Masoloa National Park on Madagascar could even be called a peninsula, even though it is part of an actual island.

Probus - Egypt doesn't border another continent as much as it spans 2 continents, the Sinai peninsula (which is part of Egypt) is generally considered part of Asia, the only difference between it's situation & Spain is that Sinai is cut off from the rest of Egypt by a canal while Cueto & Melilla are separated from the rest of Spain by a strait. Agreed that the wording of the question needs to be changed.

Diving - I agree that Egypt spans two continents but given the nature of the question it was the only vaguely sensible answer. Also, I think most people would accept that there is a fundamental difference between the status of the Sinai peninsula and Ceuta/Melilla - the former is separated from the rest of Egypt by a man-made canal whereas the latter are geograpically part of Africa. The fact that Spain is separated from Ceuta by a strait and Melilla by a a sizeable chunk of the Mediterranean confirms my original point that they are not connected to Europe!
