Czechoslovakia is spelled wrong. Also, since Belarus and Ukraine weren't nations at the time, why are they listed? Why do you have Czechoslovakia and Slovakia separate? The Channel Islands are not a country.

Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania could be included because while they were occupied first by the Soviet Union, they were then occupied by the Nazis. Also, where is the Soviet Union itself?

These are modern countries, folks. I'm gonna work on the channel islands thing. Thanks for the feedback!

Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia are not modern countries. How about Finland, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt?

I agree with VanNostrand. You can't have some modern countries and some countries that used to be (czechoslovakia, yugoslavia). That makes the quiz nearly impossible. You have to stick with one or the other. The Channel Islands are not independent countries, and so are impossible to guess. If you include them I suggest accepting UK as an answer and putting the isles in a bracket. And where are the African countries?

Yugoslavia, Czechoslovakia, USSR, Alderney. Those were the countries at that time. Perhaps Vichy France too.
