If the 4th one is to be considered a literary work, then it should be credited as a screenplay by Ernest Lehman, based on a novel by Margaret Landon. Mr. Rodgers was the music composer, not lyricist. That said, this is one of the better rebus quizzes I've seen as of late. Nicely done.

I'm not completely sure if the King and I works since the novel itself is called "Anna and the King". Other than that another fun quiz!

A fun and clever quiz! My inability to do basic arithmetic, at least this morning, nearly prevented me solving the first one - I was sitting here thinking "what novel's title ends with '23'?"
