Unless you're like me and can't remember the name of his last book and type in multiple permutations with the word "fire" in it before time runs out. Gah.

..or spend two minutes trying every permutation of "corduroy" only to realize when time is up that the last word is "denim" and not "leather". Leather just seemed so right...

zigra, I know! I'm not sure why I thought leather sounded right, but I was able to correct that error, at least. DwightShelford, I *think* the Santaland Diaries are part of Holidays on Ice.

The Santaland Diaries are in Holidays on Ice. I have to admit, I've had a weird experience with David Sedaris. When I was in college, my dad and I would listen to Sedaris read "Me Talk Pretty One Day" on NPR everyday. The man is kind of creepy on tape. Later, I listened to the entire "Santaland Diaries," and loved it.

I got the chance to meet him recently and I have to say that he's one of the nicest people I've ever met. Even with about a hundred people in line to get books signed, he took the time to talk to everyone and even drew pictures in everyone's books. Needless to say, I absolutely love his work.

Gotta add "Squirrel Seeks Chipmunk" which was just published in fall 2010. Good quiz!
