| When I started taking this test, I thought I'd see a 3 or 4 country test, 8 countries tops if you stretched and put Azerbaijan+the Central Asian countries where Turkic languages are spoken. In the Middle East and the Balkans there's a Turkish-speaking population indeed, but few of those countries have Turkish as an official/minority status. In other parts of Europe (and the US), Turks reside as immigrant workers and expatriates and the only of these countries Turks cover a significant population is Germany (2 million Turkish citizens are said to live there). This needs bit of an editing for new criteria. |
