I always thought that it was "Now that we've found love", rather than "Now that we found love". I thought that maybe it was just me, since the two lines sound almost identical, but on the Wikipedia entry for the song it says "Now That We Found Love" (also known as "Now That We've Found Love") so maybe that could be added as an alternate answer. I'm not sure if "also known as" means someone has actually released the song under that title, or maybe it is just a commonly misheard lyric.
