If you have a suggestion for the title, which I think right now is a little off, fire away. I didn't want to make it too wordy, but right now it's kinda confusing.

I always thought Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres were named that because of their type and order you found them in R/B...You know, Arctic-Uno, Zap-Dos, Molten-Tres. They change the ice and fire to make em work and count in Spanish. Or was that completely unintentional?

I'm pretty sure that was intentional. But this quiz is about their Japanese names, meaning the names they're given in the original Japanese games. These are all of them where the names in the Japanese games are words in English.

yes, so in other words, in Japan, articuno would be called "freezer", but it's not a direct translation.
