Kharkov is properly spelled Kharkiv, as it is in Ukraine. Your spelling is from when it was Soviet. Also, Istanbul is the largest city in Europe. It should be on your list.

@balatjr I don't know why, but it doesn't have Istanbul on the list. But it has Moscow and St.Petersburg, so I don't get it either, but all of the sources I went to didn't have Istanbul.

Novosibirsk shouldn't be on here...it's in Siberia which is the Asian part of Russia.

This source seems weird. For some cities metro area is listed (Belgrade), for some the number is much lower than it should be (Vienna), it's missing Istanbul, and Novosibirsk is definitely in Asia, not in Europe.
