	I think you need to add Kosovo to this list. In the Kosovo case it's perhaps not so much that Kosovo doesn't like Israel, it's that Kosovo doesn't like the fact that Israel hasn't recognized Kosovo. Israel has been reluctant to recognize Kosovo because of concern that the Palestinians would use Israel's recognition of Kosovo as a justification for their own unilateral declaration of independence.

	good quiz. Bhutan is very interesting. Why the heck would they have issues with Israel? Maybe they're so far in the himalayas that they haven't received a newspaper since before 1948. :)

	Bhutan has officially given up its right to conduct foreign policy to India. They have no diplomatic relations with most states, not just Israel.

	Venezuela is the most interesting one to me; not because I don't understand why, that is pretty clear. It is interesting because historically it, like some other countries in the Ibero-America, has had a significant (noteworthy? notable?) Jewish population.

	ON an unrelated to this quiz, but related to Bhutan having no diplomatic relations with anyone: Isn't it also the case that not only does Bhutan not diplomatically interact with other nations, don't they "discourage" foreign visitors entering the country? I seem to recall reading somewhere that there's only one flight a day in and out of the country and while the Bhutanese are free to come and go as they like, if YOU don't have official permission to visit Bhutan, they keep you at the airport and put you on the next flight out. True or not?

	As of 2007 Bhutan took control of its own foreign relations and no longer completely relys on India (though it does for some things).They have diplomatic relations with the EU and 21 other countries. The Bhutanese government does not encourage large scale tourism but expensive evironmentaly conscience tourism (whatever that means).

	@Roman really? Israel is doing to the Palestinians what the Nazis did to the Jews? So you're saying that Israel is rounding the Palestinians into extermination camps and conducting a mass genocide in an attempt to wipe them off the Earth? I'm not trying to suggest that Israel is perfect or that all of its actions over the past 60 years have been justified, but comparing the Palestinian Occupation to the Nazi Holocaust is both ignorant and offensive. In a world where we have actual genocides going on in countries like the Sudan, comparing the Israelis to Nazis is completely absurd.

	Most of these countries voted against the Partition of Palestine in 1948. They have never agreed with the idea of a Zionist state and the expulsion of hundreds of thousands of Arabs who still now live in refugee camps. Until Israel addresses issues such as settlements with the Palestinians.. it is only natural that other states won't recognize them.

	Yes, its very dumb and ignorant to rate such comments as the above from "millandas" up. Internationalism and egalitarianism are corner stones of the left and communist ideology. So why should they hate Jews, that doesn't make no sense. On the other hand, Palestine was very sparsely populated at the end of WWII, why couldn't the Arab people try to coexist with the jews, who had suffered that much, in peace? Either together in one country or side by side one country for each peoples. There is too little rationality and too much power politics, nationalism and ideology involved in this conflict and other people's view of it.
