No Clark Gable was surprising to me, too. @ruffnerj, and anyone else who's curious--Marie Dressler's performance in "Dinner at 8" is one of the all-time greats. Jean Harlow, John and Lionel Barrymore, Wallace Beery, and Billie Burke, well known to most of us as Glinda the Good Witch, more than round out the cast. |
