*Almost* forgot to put the second "n" on Theismann. Realized with about 30 seconds left

There have been a hell of a lot more QBs drafted outside the first round. I think you mean QBs outside the first round who have started.

I changed it to "notable," to clarify

Typing "the" gives you Ken Stabler.

I think this shows a lack of perspective in that some of the 'notable' players, among the most recent, are one year (or less) wonders who could easily be washouts as soon as next season. Let's see if five years from now we know who Kyle Orton or Matt Cassel even are.

Too bad the cutoff is 1967. Bart Starr was drafted in the 17th round. The coaches said he probably wouldn't make it at quarterback, but he'd be a nice punter.

I agree with what you posted, Barzuniac...I was just trying to work a few current players in the mix. And please if you have any suggestion of other former players that should be included, please let me know. rcamps, I'm an alumnus of Alabama and huge fan so the whole reason I made sure to make it to '68 was to include Kenny Stabler. I should have accessed pro-football reference (more in-depth) than NFL.com...I don't know what I was thinking.

Players I should've put on there: Joe Ferguson '73, Brian Sipe '72, Lynn Dickey '71, Roger Staubach '64, Frank Tarkenton '61, Charley Johnson '60, Sonny Jurgensen '57, Bart Starr '56, Johnny Unitas '55, Norm Van Brocklin '49, George Blanda '49...Why did I not go to pro-football reference?

I don't like the way you've organized the hints. Other than that, this was a pretty good quiz.

I went ahead and added about 10 new QB's that should have been mentioned originally.

It's Fran Tarkenton, not Frank.

I'd say Blanda is more known as a Raider/Oiler than a Bear....

Are you seriously considering Trent Edwards is in the same ballpark as Favre, Green, and Hall of Famers like Fouts, Montana, and Unitas? Ya-no... If anything you take him off and add Andy Dalton.
