	Go Blue! 1997 National Champions! Half title indeed...if not for an illegally kicked forward pass that resulted in a Neb TD vs Mizzou, and Manning folding badly in the Fiesta Bowl, Michigan's National Championship would be rightly undisputed. Interestingly, this was the last 'split championship' as the BCS came into being the very next season.
