Isn't that Machu Picchu, and therefore Incan Empire? I don't know how one can equate the Statue of Liberty to Machu PIcchu, and classify both as part of an 'American' Empire.

That is the demonym for the modern country, but to differentiate the empire and country, the denomynm for the empire is Malinese
