	Just out of curiosity why is Cloud acceptable for Cloud Strife but I have to put first and last name in for Cecil, Terra, Balthier etc.

	I apologize to anyone who saw that brief wall of text at the top there. Probably should have checked my email first. >_> Anyway, Chorocojo: There is a character named Guy Cecil in Tales of the Abyss, and there is a Terra (no last name) in Kingdom Hearts. This is why I created that convention where you type the game name afterward: to prevent ambiguous entries. I would probably change that if those two games weren't mentioned elsewhere in the quiz. Also, I DO accept Balthier's first name... not sure why that didn't work for you. WindSword: There are also "Simon"s from Shadow Hearts, Rogue Galaxy, and Simon the Sorceror, and it's a rather common first name in general. However, that does not fall under the same reasoning as my response to Chorocojo, so I guess I'll change that one.

	Sorry for the double post, but I forgot an important detail: The reason I don't force Ryu and Kratos to be entered by the type-the-game-after-it mechanism is that I refuse to have the quiz not accept a character's FULL name... especially for the sake of people who don't read the instructions.

	Marth debuted in Fire Emblem: Dark Dragon and the Sword of Light in 1990. You could probably call it Shadow Dragon, the name of the remake. The game that's just called Fire Emblem is actually the 7th in the series and does not feature him. Also Axel debuted in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories.

	There really needs to be some sort of standard for whether you take first, last, or full names for a character. There may be other games out there with someone or something named "Cloud". This is particularly a problem when the characters in one game aren't even standardized on this test. "Cloud" and "Aeris" are okay, but "Vincent" is not? You need "Ken Masters", but not "Ryu Hoshi"? "Edgeworth", "West", and even "Wright" work (There -are- multiple people named "Wright" in all of video games), but not "Redfield", "Valentine", "Aran", or "Drake"? You even accept just "Belmont", when there have been at least five Belmonts that I can remember in just the Castlevania series. Good idea for a quiz, and the layout is good, but the lack of a naming standard really brings the rating down.

	First of all, I made it so you could type the game after the name (as noted in the rules) precisely so stuff like this wouldn't happen. Either way, "Ken", "Aran", "Belmont" and "Drake" have been fixed. As for the rest: I DO have a standard (albeit a poorly-enforced one). I don't accept a partial name if it is shared with another game character that either 1. has appeared in a game series mentioned on this quiz 2. has been in at least one GameFAQs Character Battle. This does not apply to any of the characters you mention that ARE accepted (to my knowledge and Googling). There's a Vincent in Castlevania, Silent Hill, and Suikoden. Both Chris and Claire Redfield are in the quiz, as are Jill and Vincent Valentine. As for Ryu, "Hoshi" is only his last name in the movie; he has no canonical last name in the game. This game went through several different standards and layouts as I made it (finding a good one very difficult to settle on), and the rest just got lost in the mix. For Ken: Common English names were also not accepted at one time. For Drake: Characters shared between ANY video game were not acceptable at one time. For Belmont: I originally had a bonus answer asking which one, but dropped it due to a glitch preventing me from using bonus answers. That glitch is gone, so the bonus answer is back now. For Aran: I must've just been thinking "nobody's gonna remember just her last name", which is admittedly a poor way to go about making quizzes.

	you should be more consistant on first names. for example, why should sonic and knuckles be acceptable, but you have to put shadow the hedgehog. And also Leon kennedy
