| These recipes vary quite a bit. Pesto pretty much almost always has a dry hard cheese (usually parmesano, although romano could suffice). Guacamole does not need to contain cilantro, and generally doesn't outside of home-made. Most versions also include garlic. Pico de Gallo needs some sort of souring agent; generally a citrus fruit, although vinegar could do. I'm sure others have alternatives to some of these. Anyway, the point is this is too idiosyncratic to be a published quiz. |
