@kamikazepig: your comment about it being too easy with the capitals is right. I think the author could safely eliminate the capitals and a somewhat smaller (than now) percentage of Sporclers would have no problem with this quiz.
It's possible to choose to have the hints or not. You simply make all the capitals bonus answers (i.e, "ee" answers using the third column), for example: Brasilia/capitals, Libreville/capitals, ... Mogadishu/capitals. Eliminate the entire Capital column. The player enters the countries like now but without the assistance of seeing the capitals. But if the player enters "capitals" then all the capitals appear as bonus answers and the player can use that assistance to finish the quiz. |
