1) Please accept the English spellings of the cities and regions. 2) Valle d'Aosta is misspelled.

It took me a minute to figure out I had to do this in Italian. I knew much more than I got, since the spelling is sometimes very hard (Friuli-Venezia Giulia).

I think Val d'Aosta should be accepted as an alternate spelling. I thought of Cagliari just as time ran out, but couldn't get the correct Italian spelling for the region...darn!

The capital of Friuli Venezia Giulia is Udine and not Trieste, this needs to be fixed. Thank you

Apologies, you are right. Udine is the capital of the Friuli area which covers 96% of Friuli Venezia-Giulia. Trieste is the capital of the Venezia-Giulia area, only 4% of the entire Friuli Venezia-Giulia region, but is somehow the capital of the whole thing. Weird. :D

You need to accept 'le marche', and not just 'marche'. I can't believe I missed Torino, Piemonte! It isn't like it used to be the capital or anything....

@aless_moretti, the Venezia-Giulia region used to be much bigger. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Julian_March
