	The hot and cold approach is clever but a little too vague, especially if you're going to use a one-minute time limit. I love the time limit, though. I'd say either go with a straight higher/lower clue set or make the hot/cold a little more specific. Like maybe all the numbers that are within two high or low of your number could be "scorching", and then the ones within five could be "very hot", and then the ones within ten could be "hot". I spent quite a while once I got within fifteen of the number trying to figure out exactly what it was because I kept just getting "Hot!" It's a great idea that could use a little more specificity in the clues. I like it.

	roseaddams- Thanks for the feedback. I was originally going to do add higher or lower but I thought that would make it too easy for a minute. What do you think about if I added higher or lower only once you were at a number that was close to it?

	I think I'll just make the "Boiling!" have a shorter range between numbers. Pretty much what you said.

	I like the idea of only when you're close to it do you get hints, at least 100 of the numbers should come up blank.

	I actually got it with 37 seconds left...the "hot", "Cold", "boiling" clues helped.

	Honestly... it's too much time for that small of a range. You can zero in on it fairly quickly by continually halving one way or the other.

	@GAJM41191: If you're going to keep it between 100 and 300 then I think using shorter ranges is the way to go. The higher/lower approach would work if you were using a larger range, like 0 to 1000.

	The hot/cold scheme can be a bit misleading. On my first playthrough I thought that "hot" corresponded to "above" and "cold" to "below", thus the number should be somewhere from "chilly" to "lukewarm". "Nearer" and "farther" would probably have been better. Also, there isn't really replay value to this quiz. It would be so much better if Sporcle came up with a way to randomize answers.

	Hot/Cold is pretty well known for Closer/Farther. I have never seen Hot/Cold being used for Above/Below. Sorry about the confusion and you're right, it would be nice if Sporcle came up with a way to randomize answers. There isn't any replay value to this. I'll probably make another improved quiz that builds off of this concept. This quiz turned out to be a huge hit. Stay tuned...
