Libyas flag has changed now, Belgium has a square flag and lion griffin "thing" is unprofessional to put as a clue on a quiz

"Not-quite-centered-correctly" implies that it should be centered, which is of course not the case. @deco: Belgium's official flag actually has proportions of 13:15, so isn't exactly square, and nobody uses that one anyway. Seconded on all other counts, though.
