| @johnnyforeigner: Portugal doesn't play in the national stadium (we do have one, but it's old and we have much better stadiums after the Euro 2004, it's only really used for the Cup final now) so the games are spread through several stadiums. Usually only the bigger 3 games are played in the bigger 3 stadiums (Luz (60k), Alvalade (50k) and Dragão(50k)), the others are played in stadiums with a maximum attendance of only 30.000 (like Braga, Guimarães, Aveiro, Coimbra, Leiria, Algarve...) so that brings the average down. |
