	As noted the IPL is ommitted from the quiz as it has only been running three years. In the case of the NHL and Serie A (Italy) the seasons with a lockout and no winner have been ignored from the quiz and the year before added. The Super 12 champions are included as part of the Super 14 stats

	If 'Giants' gets you the 2008 NFL winners, it should also get you the most recent Japanese baseball champs. Dutch league needs updating now too.

	Updated as of 12th May: new Champions added (Newcastle, Marseille, Twente, Kaiserslautern) as well as some reorganization of recent champions.

	Technically the last 5 NRL champions were Manly (2008), Brisbane (2006), Wests Tigers (2005), Canterbury (2004) and Penrith (2003) after Melbourne Storm had their titles stripped in 2010 for breaching the Salary Cap.
