How about 2 Cold Scorpio? He wrestled under the same name in WCW in the early 90's, and as Flash Funk (later Scorpio) in WWF.

Jimmy Snuka could be a bonus answer. He was in ECW when it was Eastern Championship Wrestling and was their first champion (I'm not sure if he was still there when they changed the company name). He also wrestled once on Nitro against Jeff Jarrett in 2000 in a one time appearance.

Everyone beat me to the obvious ones but yes there are a ton missing. Rhino never wrestled in WCW. Jake Roberts can also be a bonus answer but he never technically wrestled in ECW.

Ricky Morton, Robert Gibson, ICP, Harris Brothers, Bill Alfonso, Arn Anderson, Chris Hamrick, Bill DeMott, Dick Murdoch, Hector Guerrero, Julio Deniro, Axl Rotten, Konnan, Norman Smiley, Pat Tanaka, Mr Hughes, Samu, Sherri Martel, Tammy Sytch, Tito Santana, JC Ice, Wolfie D & Tracy SMother have all worked fro all three off the top of my head but i'm sure theres more.
