| I think the notes and/or title should be clearer that this isn't the "cities with the highest foreign-born populations." I understand that it would be impossible to actually get those stats from one source, but that doesn't justify a misleading title. For instance, as was said in the earlier comments, Vatican City would almost certainly be the tops on this list, if it were actually "cities with the highest foreign-born populations." In reality, this is "cities with the highest foreign-born populations, among those cities for which statistics were compiled by this one random source." |
