I think a couple of words are wrong. I'm pretty sure it's "a land that I heard..." and "Away above the chimney..."

@ramurphy2005: yip, you were correct and the words have been corrected, thanx

One of the best songs ever written. Loved it!

Would've liked to see the intro ("When all the world is a hopeless jumble...").

i'm curious: how come the first instance has "blue" and "birds" separate, but the second has "bluebirds"?

I thought it went, 'Somewhere over the rainbow, weigh a pie'

@courtneyyy: I've had another listen and gone for 'bluebirds' for both. Evidence on the internet is mixed.

Good quiz, but wasn't it 'High above the chimney tops'?

Having done the show several times and watched the movie countless times, the lyric is definitely "Up way above the chimney tops." It even makes more sense.

"Somewhere over the rainbow, there's another rainbow..."

The actual name of the song is "Over the Rainbow" without the "somewhere."

The green background is a tribute to Marusha and her eye shadow.

The only reason I know the lyrics to this song is because we had to learn it in middle school. Just couldn't remember the word "dare".

93/99, and I haven't heard this song in about 15 years. What a timeless classic. People who love this movie should read Roger Ebert's review of it on his website. It's not so much a review as much as a study on why this movie is so special to so many people. Very interesting stuff.

This has to be the easiest song lyrics quiz I have done. Beautiful song. I still miss Judy Garland.

Plenty of time. In fact, too much for me. Not that I like the song, but i sang it fifth (or was it fourth?) grade chorus.

'And the dreams that you dare to dream' bit threw me. It wasn't until I'd revised it in my head that I realised it was part of the song. :D
