	@Kryptos18: Your reasoning might be correct (but in my opinion still isn't) if this were the only quiz on sporcle. As it is, there are two or three others who cater more to American interests, a few who are going for the UK, some even are about obscure places like France or Germany. As it is, diversity (something for everyone) beats everything for the majority hands down. Or would you like only one TV channel with admittedly all the most popular shows - but nothing else? (And whatever GDP has to do with this I don't know.)

	We do have a York and a Lancaster here is PA. But I've never heard anyone refer to them as a pair. Are they considered a pair in England?

	@TAR2: York and Lancaster are the two royal houses that fought the Wars of the Roses in the 1400s in England. @CornFarmer: Hero and Leander are characters from a Greek myth, referenced a couple times in Shakespeare. Lerner and Loewe have composed the score for musicals like "My Fair Lady" and "Camelot."

	It's nice to see a quiz that requires knowledge that people on this side of the Atlantic are more likely to get, there are loads of NFL, baseball, ice hockey quizzes which ar just not as big here as they are in America. More please.

	Even before I finished the quiz and looked at them, I knew that the majority of the comments would be complaints about the two answers that referenced Greek mythology and British history/geography. If you're American, consider how US-centric over half the quizzes here are before complaining about 10 percent of the answers in this one quiz. Look at it this way: you learned something new!
