for the last categories, you ask for capital cities, yet the quizzes question is "COUNTRIES THAT MEET THE CONDITIONS". either change the question, or accept "thailand", etc. as answers (personally i believe that the 2nd makes more sense)

I really enjoyed this quiz, mostly because it taught me the countries that currently have female presidents, but it's well done in general.

Good quiz, my only criticism is that the Spanish flag is not exclusively red and yellow; its emblem contains white, blue and others so some (e.g. me) wouldn't think to try it.

@Unidentifiedkiwi. Many Thanx. @Nenenmeister I did toy with the idea of a bonus. It was either going to be a severe reprimand, or 'I can resist everything except Kyrgyzstan.' In the end I decided not to use one as I felt it went against the theme of quiz. I cannot help but wonder though, how many players like yourself have succumbed.

Man, female presidents made me angry... As soon as time expired, I remembered Indira Gandhi and Helen Johnson Sirleaf, the only 2 of the leaders I could actually name, but still missed.

Cool stuff. Maybe you could have bonus answers for countries who have a female head of government but aren't called Presidents. Australia for example, doesn't have a President but has a female Prime Minister.

Begins with K? Kaliningrad. Has Y as 2nd letter? Eyjafjallajökull. Why do I suck today?

I think it's impossible to write a sporcle Geography quiz without having Kyrgyzstan or Kiribati as one of the answers.

I would remove Spain and Montenegro as flags - both have other colors. If you are going to keep it, you should accept Romania, Chad, Armenia, Belgium, Bolivia, etc. . . . way too many to list.

@Papua_New_Guinea: Because mindless consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds! : ) ...although this really isn't mindless. For Sporcle to work, it has to be internally consistent with itself. Once Kosovo was included in the Countries of the world quiz, it really should be included everywhere it fits the category. People often object to Kosovo because it is only recognized by 72 countries, but Taiwan is recognized by only 22. At some point Sporcle's editors had to make a decision. Everyone won't agree with the decision, but quizzes should conform to it.
