| @OldSpider: Depends on where you are. In the Old World, Buzzards are raptors (generally from the genus Buteo - the same as Red-tailed Hawks). In the New World, Buzzard is used informally to mean vultures.
Also, I'd never heard of Wild Turkeys as a flightless bird. I've seen them up trees, on fence posts, flying through dense forests and exploding off of nests and flying over my head. |
