	(1) You should give credit just for "Colorado" without having to identify the campus site. (2) I wonder in how many of the places where a low-ranked state school is tops in this quiz that there aren't smaller private colleges that provide a better education....for example Chaminade in Hawaii, etc.

	In many cases, there are (e.g. Middlebury in VT or Colby in ME) but these rankings were based strictly on the "Top National Universities" list in U.S. News and World Report. I stuck to those rankings in order to keep myself free from comparing rankings between lists and making judgement calls in all of my wisdom. Thanks for the tip on Colorado. Missed that one.

	Interesting idea, but the sheer number of University Of Whatever / Whatever State answers makes it a little too easy. Perhaps a follow-up quiz on the highest rated private university in each state?

	If the word "University" is not required for the other answers, it should not be required for "Washington University in St. Louis." I typed in "Washington in St Louis" and was surprised when it didn't work.

	I agree with quelinda, that stumped for quite some time. Also, I know there is a source, but what are these ranking based on? Just education or like return on investment or something along those lines?

	@ Feas The University of Mississippi is higher than Mississippi State (143 vs. 157). @newenglander Maybe you're too isolated in New England to realize it, but we do have education here. In fact, the University of Mississippi hosted the first debate between McCain and Obama. You might have heard of William Faulkner or John Grisham? Both attended Ole Miss.
