I tried to keep the gore to a minimum, but I apologize if anyone was offended. A majority are taken from movies PG-13 and below that use the "lost head" trope for comedy, not for carnage.

Great quiz, nice selection. Sleepy Hollow, Return to Oz, and Crank 2: High Voltage would have made great additions, maybe in place of some of the more dubious answers like I, Robot or Cast Away. Still, lots of fun.

Nice quiz! I could only think of 'Whose Line' for 18, unfortunately that didn't work. ;)

No Nearly Headless Nick? The shrunken heads from Prisoner of Azkaban would've also been good I think, or even Harry's head when the rest of his body is under the invisibility cloak.

@EyeKanFly Nearly Headless Nick was in the running for awhile, but I decided to go with characters that are either just a head or have a head that comes completely off. Not since the Headless Hunt has Sir Nicholas felt the keen sting of rejection.

Before I started, I was all prepared to complain that you'd left out Baron Munchausen--and then it turned out you hadn't! Really, an impressive collection of movies.

Yes! I had a feeling Wild Wild West would be on here. Will Smith: "That... is a MAN'S... h..h..hhh-h-heead."

Love it! Especially #12. For the sequel you must include Highlander.

I expected to see one of the many heads to have appeared in a Futurama movie. Oh well, great quiz anyway. 5/5

Fantastic! As said above, I think Sleepy Hollow and Highlander are the most surprising omissions. But I'm sure you have a sequel up your sleeve
