	Too much time, IMHO. Maybe 1-2 minutes would be better, since you give two clues for each answer (first letter and category).

	I had nearly 2 minutes left without looking at the hint column. Any time you have 40% + getting 100%, something is needs to be adjusted IMHO.

	Fun quiz; doing them without the clues makes them enjoyable (is there a way to make clues optional? I seem to remember seeing some quizzes with "click here for clues," but that's neither here nor there). On minor quibble: is "zesty" really a flavor? I can kind of see how it works as a flavor-like experience, but still...

	Ditto, I never realize it's alphabetical until later. Ditto, five letter words are easy if you know the first letter, so a little less time. Ditto, flavorful might be a better clue for zesty.
