| The only true case of four countries meeting in a point is that of Namibia - Zambia - Zimbabwe - Botswana; all these meet in a point in the Zambezi river. The other cases are really tripoints near one from another, but can't qualify as "four corners". There is a tripoint Nigeria - Niger - Chad and another one Nigeria - Cameroon - Chad, but Cameroon doesn't border Niger; in fact, they are more than 80 kilometers apart. Of course, if the scale of the map is small, it may seem that the four countries meet in a point. But I think that the result of the quiz can't depend on how good is the map you have. |
