	Although I got Thailand, that may be a bit of a cheap shot for people who don't figure out that you're supposed to type "none". Good quiz though.

	This is a good idea, but it could be a lot better executed. For one, although I got Thailand, it doesn't fit and shouldn't be included. Second, there are a lot of repeated answers, which is a bit boring. Maybe add some other European empires, like Russia, Denmark, Sweden, or Austria (European empires had territories within Europe, too, don't forget).

	Like how the answer to Thailand is "influence". It is the only nation is Southeast Asia never to be stolen by a Western Europe nation, and probably one of the only ones in the world.

	British and French influence? Anyway, Japanese should work for Palau, as it became a Japanese mandate after World War I. Probably "American" should as well, since it became an American trusteeship after World War II. (And mandates, at least, are being counted, since you have Syria in there)

	Ethiopia was never colonized, the Italians only briefly conquered it in WW2, which by that logic means Poland was a colony of Germany.

	Malacca, a part of Malaysia was Portuguese then a Dutch colony. Haiti was ruled by Spain for twice as long as it was French. Ethiopia was invaded by Italy but was never recognised as a colony. Belize was Spanish for 150 years before it became British. Syria was Turkish for over 300 years, and French for a mere 24. Thailand was never colonised (the British or French had some influence over nearly every independent county at some point).
