@davebesag: I know it's quite easy to get most of the answers this way, but then again I figured it might be too difficult if it had to be answered in order. Those with casual knowledge wouldn't have a chance.
@this1989iou: Adding the fourth placed teams is a good idea, I'll do that as well as add 2010. Once I've done that, I'll see about the time.
