@deco: Why are there more deaths on African roads than European ones? Put simply, the cars are less safe and the roads are more dangerous.

A “per capita” version here would be much more interesting. As it is, this is pretty close to just “top 20 countries by population” — the fact that poor countries have worse cars/roads almost cancels out the fact that rich countries can afford to drive more, so population ends up the main determining factor.

@Pit_trout You should check my list of contributed quizzes because as it so happens I do have a quiz called "Car Accident Death Rates by Country" and its basically a "per capita version" of this.
