@duckie527: "Pennsylvania German" indeed refers to the people otherwise known as "Pennsylvania Dutch." "Dutch" doesn't mean from the Netherlands, but is instead a corruption of "Deutsch." In light of that, the U.S. Census uses "German" when referring to that group because it's more accurate. I went back and forth on whether to change it to "Dutch," but decided against it because I wanted to use the exact Census term. If people want it changed, though, vote @duckie527 up and I can do it.
