sorry, man, this has already been done. it's a great idea, but 5-7 letter cities have already been submitted.

eh no problem. when i searched for it, there were so many results that i was kind of defeated and figured i'd give it a shot anyway. In any case, I also released a 12-letter quiz, that i think is unique to this site.

5-7 letters? I don't get it, this is 4 letters? Either way I like the quiz, don't think I've seen one like it before.

The source is a little problematic with naming, it includes Bonn because it's part (a smaller part) of the Cologne-Bonn Metropolitan Region but we don't get the Ruhr Metropolitan Region because the source lists it as "Dortmund, Bochum". It seems misleading to say that Bonn has an urban area of 3 million.

Also, if you are going to accept Bonn you should accept Kobe as well (listed as part of "Osaka, Kobe" metro in the source), for consistency. Same for Mesa, AZ (listed with Phoenix). Maybe these all would be better as bonus answers.

Good quiz. Dont understand the complaining since this is 4 and not 5-7.

In stead of Bonn your can just call it Ruhr (which is also an official name for that metropolitan area), and then also accept Bonn and Koln (Cologne) for that answer.

Oslo, the capital and most populous (611,491) city of Norway, apparently doesn't make this list.
