you should provide a source, and tell us what population these cities are all upwards of. from the looks of it these are cities with at least 250,000 people

Not to mention that not having a college degree is not even close to the same thing as being dumb. In fact, for many people, it might be the smart thing to NOT go to college even though they might be able to.

I never would have guessed Riverside. Also, I'm assuming that these %'s are figured by the metro, not the city. I'd be very surprised to know that 47% of Washington, DC has college degrees.

LOL "dumest". Secondly, not having a college degree has nothing to do with intelligence. Some people go to trade school, others go into the military etc... It all depends. I've met some construction workers with a lot more brains than some of these dolts with philosophy degrees.

It must be considered that college is very expensive, and so some smart people may not be able to pay for it. Also, all college degrees do not require equal intelligence- studying something like organic chemistry requires a whole lot more thought than sociology (based on my experiences).
