And I'm sure that not a single one of these TV series was a really bad idea.

Um, exuuuuuse me, but that isn't the Mega Man TV series. That's "Mega Man Upon A Star", the OVA. This is the TV series that ran during the mid 90's: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ufVQIUEiYc

Kirby Right Back at Ya! has the best theme music ever! It's even on Donkey Konga for the gamecube.

I did not realize Bomberman had a show either. I definitely have to track that down. Great quiz. I recommend a bonus answer of Captain N: The Game Master.

Some of these shows range form awful(N Master), to Youtube fodder (Super Mario Bros), to quite decent (Kirby)

They had a pacman TV show?! My God, that's hilarious! Reminds me of the Robot Chicken movie trailer for Hungry Hungry Hippos! I think the only thing that could top it would be Tetris: The Animated Series!

Carmen Sandiego was actually a series of games (Where in the World, Where in Time, ect). I found the lack of "Pole Position" disappointing, personally, but good quiz.

@bondquizace: They had a cartoon for the Rubik's Cube. http://www.rubiktheamazingcube.com/rtacshow.html
Also, only 1 in 5 got Dragon's Lair? No respect for video game or animation history...

Yay for including Dragon's Lair, but the pic is from the actual game, not the TV show. The TV show's animation was MUCH worse...

The instructions ask you to name the video games that inspired the show, yet the displayed answer is the name of the show itself? I know both are accepted, but maybe you should fix that.

After doing horribly on a quiz, I usually take comfort in having gotten the least guessed answer correct (Dragon's Lair in this case). Then I remember I only knew that particular answer because I'm an old fart. Sigh.

I'd almost forgotten about the old Q*Bert cartoon. I watched it exactly once. My mom walked in the room and realized that the @! symbols coming out of his mouth were supposed to be swearing (don't think I got that), and forbid me from ever watching it again.
