Great quiz! I found 2B difficult as well. The image is just a little too small to see on my computer.

Sorry about the size of the image but I think it's best for the quiz, the image 2B shows the silhouette of a Viking ship emblem of the country in question. Thanks for playing! :D

A background color other than yellow might be nice - at first I didn't see that the individual cells were lighting up and thought it was a "guess in any order" quiz!

Very cool! Do you mind sharing the source, if you got them all from one place? I'd like to see more like them, or at least see these up close.

I love the fact kiwis (the little bird on the australia poster) is not native to australia but New Zealand.

Because giraffes only live in South Africa. They could have picked something a BIT more distinctive.

Great quiz, but the Norway is too obscure in my opinion.

@JollyRoger2: The Norway poster does make sense, if you've ever found yourself pining for the fjords. *wink*

[While pondering 2B] "Hmmm, is it Thailand that has those viking-esque longboats? Nope. Maybe Vietnam? No. Cambodia? Damn, who is it that has those viking looking boats?!?" Great quiz!

Most of these are surprisingly easy. The only one I didn't get was Norway, and it's no surprise that it's least guessed. These are cool posters, what is the source of them, could you give me a link?

Great quiz. My only issue is that, once I had done my first pass, there were no coordinates beside the clue box, so I was kind of guessing blind regarding which poster I was on.

I tried every Spanish-speaking country for A1 and was so puzzled as to what it could be... before trying the most obvious one... silly me.

I was guessing tropical and caribbean nations for the Norway one, then I looked a little closer and thought: "is that a fjord? Hmm, it's a stretch but maybe ill guess some scandinavian countries..."

Does anyone else wish the pictures were a lot bigger? I can barely make out any details in many of them, leaving me with few clues from which to guess the answer. Just a thought.

@Sporctastic: Agreed, but the shape of the picture looked like the typical ship associated with that part of the world, and a few guesses got me there. (Unlike the giraffes, that had me naming half of Africa,,,)

You can make the pictures bigger by pressing CTRL+ . I usually do CTRL+ several times for quizzes like these. The pictures won't be the best quality but at least they're bigger.

Based on the results of this quiz, I think a certain country needs to be brought up on false advertising charges.

The Norway one isn't that hard - Its obviously the shape of either a gondola or a viking ship. And that picture looks nothing like Venice. A better question is why is there a KIWI in the Austalian poster - when Kiwi's are only found in New Zealand?

@lisawc definitely looks more like a kiwi than a kookaburra. the beak is too long and slim.
