wait, is this the real ESPN? i know they show these quizzes on the ESPN.com but the released two exactly the same game, the first one of this quiz didn't do well. Also their source is NFL.COM? Wait, i thought that ESPN.com was all about sports

I've always been confused by this as well. The games definitely show up on their sportsnation site: http://espn.go.com/sportsnation/ but they are consistently pretty bad and they never cite themselves as their source. Very strange.

If you're ESPN, you don't cite ESPN as a source.

@Indyjeff, if they don't cite ESPN as a source then why would they even have a source? i mean, if your ESPN, shouldn't you already have all the info and not need an outside source to make these quizzes?

I think you missed my point. I wasn't saying ESPN would have to use NFL.com to get the information. I was saying that if they are listing a source for others to confirm that their answers are correct, it makes sense that they would list a source outside of ESPN.com, so that it could be verified independently. Now if I were making this quiz, I would have linked to a source page that actually listed the MVP winners, such as http://www.nfl.com/superbowl/history , so you could certainly criticize ESPN for that, but linking to an independent source is not something that seems out of line to me.

Notice the absence of Big Ben, another reason why he should never be compared to Brady.

Max McGee should have been MVP of Super Bowl I, considering how well he played when he was out drunk until breakfast.
