'a' and 'I' are words. Also, surely 'eh' and 'gee' count as a words, if 'oh' does. Also, in some accents, 'why' and 'y' are pronounced differently, so I'd make it a bonus. Another bonus could be 'our', which is pronounced the same as 'r' in BBC English. thanks!
