I'm as big a fan of these books as anyone, but this is a bit ridiculous. Didn't come close to remembering a single one of these, except "pigeon" at the end, and even that wasn't enough.

Perhaps some more leniency on the wording would help. In fact, the elk is served with "ripe" blue cheese... or maybe a most commonly eaten foods in SoIaF quiz...but good luck with the research.

They all have a (quite) simplified alternate wording. And of course it's ridiculous, that's the point. :D
